MWDRS Announces Thursday procedure changes, no entry fee increase in 2026
Following the recent announcement regarding the adjustment to payouts, The Summit Racing Equipment Mid-West Drag Racing Series would like to share several additional updates and requirements with racers for upcoming events.
Thursday Testing Update
Effective immediately, we will no longer coordinate or manage Thursday testing sessions. Racers who wish to test on Thursdays must contact the track directly to make those arrangements. Our team will not be involved in the scheduling or management of Thursday testing.
Please note that Tulsa will offer Thursday testing during Throw Down week, but racers must coordinate directly with the track. Contact Jimmy Boles at jimmy@tulsaracewaypark.com
If racers plan to test and would like to park in their designated pit spots during Thursday testing, they should contact Ellen directly to arrange parking.
Friday Testing
Our Friday test session will continue as scheduled, just as it has in previous years.
Entry Fees & Event Structure
Entry fees, crew policies, testing procedures, and general event structure will remain the same as last year.
