As we wrap up another incredible year of racing and get ready to celebrate our 10th season of the Summit Racing Equipment Mid-West Drag Racing Series Presented By J&A Service, I just felt the need to say this…
When ADRL went away, Red Line Synthetic Oil PDRA stepped up and gave racers a place to go. Later, when PDRA shifted toward the East Coast, there wasn’t a track left in the Midwest to race. That’s when MWDRS was born — to give racers and fans here at home a place to compete and keep this sport alive.
We’ve come a long way since those early days, but the mission has never changed: to keep Midwest drag racing strong and thriving.
As you make your plans for the 2026 season, remember who’s been there from the start — the organizations that stepped up when no one else would. Show your support by showing up!
A huge thank you to all the amazing companies that have been with us since day one and to those who’ve joined along the way — you’ve shown not just our racers but MWDRS itself that you care about this sport, this community, and its future.
And to all the media companies, photographers, and magazines who’ve covered our story, captured the moments, and helped share what MWDRS & PDRA is all about — your passion keeps our community connected and growing. We appreciate you!
