Mid-West Drag Racing Series expands rule changes for the remaining 2024 season for Stroud Safety Pro Mod Class.
As the community of Pro Modified racing continues to expand, the need for a broader ruleset was established. The addition of Roots Big Block, Screw (C-Rotor) Small Block, Whipple Blower and Centrifugal Supercharger were added to the amended ruleset published 7/12/2024.
One rule has been added to each Power Adder category: Add 25lbs. for transmission with four (4) or more forward gears – converter-driven combinations
only. Addition does not apply to clutch combinations.
Racers of Twin-Turbo Big Block will receive the additional 25 lbs added to their overall package.
We look forward to the addition of new engine platforms and combinations as we near the return to racing at US 131 in Martin, MI on Sept 6-7!
