The new Turbo Car makes a dyno pull just 2 weeks ahead of US Street Nats 2025
The turbo car is making noises for the first time on the dyno, just two weeks before we leave for Florida and the US Street Nats hosted by Drag Illustrated.
A few weeks ago, we debuted the car and gave everyone a chance to see the new turbo car purchased by Misty and Keith Haney. The car belonged to long time family friend Matt Zimmerman and will be campaigned as he intended.
The powertrain is all new and, on Keith’s words, “This is a beautiful car and will be a front runner anywhere it goes.”
He also said “This car makes ALOT of power and we can’t wait to show it at US Street Nats.”
Shawn Murder Nova Ellington said “I’d feel a little better if we could test but we’re gonna test the week of the race.” Snow is currently on the ground, keeping the car relegated to the shop.
We know Murder Nova is one of the best drivers in history and if anyone can get the car in order quickly, it’s their team.
We’ll find out what the car can do in a little more than two weeks when testing opens at Bradenton Motorsports Park!
