With two races left, this weekend's points are as important as ever!

Summit Racing Equipment Mid-West Drag Racing Series presented by J&A Service Championship Points UPDATE!
With two races left, this weekend's points are as important as ever!

Mark Micke is leading Keith Haney, the 2023 MWDRS Champion, by 79 Points, and by 115 over 2019 MWDRS Champion Aaron Wells. The Top Three Points in Stroud Safety Pro Mod all run different setups! Micke with turbos, Haney with nitrous and Wells with a screwblower.

Steve Macklyn is cruising to a Back-to-Back Top Alcohol Funny Car Championship with a 108 Point lead over Jim Whiteley. The race in Funny Car is for Second with just TWO points between Jim and Lance Van Hauen!

Rod Moore is enjoying his commanding lead in Top Sportsman with 478 points. Michael Chitty has a stronghold on Second as well, with 367 points. The race to watch in Performance Bearing Top Sportsman is for Third! Mark Griffin leads Tina Pierce by just 11 points, or less than one round of racing, with 290 points to Tina's 279.

While Jeremy Maples leads Icon Forged Pistons/Race Star Wheels Top Dragster, he better stay focused as Jordan Eperjesi and Wade Pennington are within striking distance! Maples goes into the Texas Tango with 396 Points, leading Eperjesi by 7, and Pennington by 44.

Dave Pierce leads the Pro 4.20 Class with 247 points. But, less than a single round behind him is James Ogden with 229 points.

Race Star Wheels Pro Junior Dragster has a great race happening! Tyler Wells has taken a solid lead at 330 points. The remaining podium spot are tight with just 25 points separating 2nd from 4th. Mason Acosta holds 2nd at 225 points, Olivia Mayer in 3rd at 205 points and Two Time (Back-to-Back) Champion Alexis Kesterson at 200 points.

Cayden Duell leads Zimmerman Properties Sportsman Junior Dragster with 245 points. Second place, with 150 points, is Haven Moberley. For the final spot on the podium, the race is on! Braylee Blevens is currently 3rd with 120 points, followed by Presley Moberly and Mason Higgins with 110 points, and Breccan Whiteley and Lexie Klinger at 105 points!
